Ingredients for Choco Banana Chia Pudding for 2 persons:
1/2 cup chia seeds
3 cup milk (I used rice milk)
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
For chocolate sauce:
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup cocoa
2/3 cup milk
30g dark chocolate
In a bowl mix chia, milk and maple syrup. Stir for 5 minutes with a spoon, separating the seeds. This part is important because chia seeds tend to stuck together and form a sort of lumps. After 5 minutes of stirring, put the bowl in fridge for 10 minutes, then stir again. Leave the pudding in fridge for 4-5 hours, or even better overnight. You can stir the seeds a few more times if you remember (I think that this gives the pudding a nice texture). After the pudding has cooled, take a glass and put some pudding in it; then put banana slices and chocolate sauce. Repeat as many times you want!
Done! Easy-peasy! 🙂
And how to make chocolate sauce you might ask? Simply melt the chocolate, mix cocoa, and maple syrup in a seperate bowl, add the milk and then add the mixture to chocolate. Heat on low until it starts to boil!
